Terms of Use

As a current member of Spirit of Alaska Federal Credit Union with an existing checking account, when you are customizing a Visa Debit Card, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated in our member / account agreement and electronic funds transfer agreement. If you are a current member of Spirit of Alaska Credit Union customizing a Visa Credit Card, you agree to the terms and conditions in the member / account agreement and credit card disclosure. These terms and conditions can change without notice.

A Spirit of Alaska Federal Credit Union Picture Card is available to members in good standing. Your picture card will function like a regular debit or credit card and will be accepted wherever the VISA logo is displayed. Spirit of Alaska Federal Credit Union reserves the right to reject any submitted picture and terminate any issued cards with pictures that should have been denied.

Examples of photographs which will be excluded from Picture Card, but not limited to, are:

• Professional photographs, photographs containing artwork (unless you have written permission from the owner of the artwork), creators of the artwork and photographs including other individuals.
• Photographs of celebrities, athletes, musicians or public figures.
• Photographs containing provocative, offensive, racial or political material.
• Photographs with trademarked or copyrighted material, advertising, promotional materials, Web site addresses or commercial marketing.

By applying for the Spirit of Alaska Federal Credit Union Picture Card, you give Spirit of Alaska Federal Credit Union permission to use the photograph on the card and agree to indemnify and hold Spirit of Alaska Federal Credit Union harmless from and against any loss, damages, claims, liability or costs incurred by or asserted against Spirit of Alaska Federal Credit Union caused directly or indirectly by the use of the photograph.
